US 20 is currently closed east of SR 5 until sometime in May 2009. When you get to US 20, take SR 5 south to CR 200 (approximately 2 miles). Turn left (east) on 200. Go two miles, turn left (north) at four-way stop (CR 600). Church is on the left.

If you're coming from the south, take SR 5 through Ligonier, go approximately 8 miles to CR 200. Turn right on 200 (east). Go two miles, turn left (north) at four-way stop (CR 600). Church is on the left.
